WhatConverts
We use WhatConverts to understand which marketing channels lead guests to contact us. WhatConverts may track phone calls placed to numbers listed on our website, form submissions, and chat conversations, along with the marketing source that led to that interaction. This may include capturing the phone number you called from, the duration of the call, and, where applicable, a recording or transcript of the conversation for quality and training purposes. Cherry
We offer financing options through Cherry, a third-party patient and consumer financing platform. Cherry’s services appear on our website in two ways:
- An embedded prequalification form on our Payment Plans page, where you can check whether you prequalify for financing without leaving our site. Information you enter into this form — which may include your name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, income, and the last four digits of your Social Security number — is submitted directly to Cherry to process your prequalification request.
- A “Pay with Cherry” or similar button that redirects you to Cherry’s hosted application and payment flow, where any information you provide is collected directly by Cherry.
Cherry, not Elevate Med Spa and Salon, controls the information you submit through its forms, application flow, and account portal, and uses it in accordance with its own privacy practices. A soft credit check performed through Cherry’s prequalification process does not affect your credit score; applying for or accepting financing may result in a hard inquiry.
